Save the Date for a Special Resolution Meeting to approve an expenditure for our rink surface repaving and re-curbing for which we have been approved for a 75% reimbursement through a City of Calgary Lifecycle Grant. Along with this we have some minor bylaw updates and a one-time waiver, permitted in the bylaws, to allow one of our officers to remain on the board executive for one additional year. Glen has indicated a willingness to re-offer return as President following the next AGM for a third one-year term in the role, as otherwise permitted in Article 7.4.3, primarily to assist with board leadership transition.
