Residents
Court access for CKE Residents can be purchased by logging into your CKE Membership page.
Non-Residents
While the CKE Courts are primarily intended for the use of CKE Residents, we will allow 15 non-residents to join the Courts as Associates. Court Associates are not permitted to bring guests to the CKE Courts.
Court Associate access fees are: Individual $150, Family $250.
To become a CKE Court Associate:
- You must be sponsored by a CKE resident who has CKE Court Access.
- The CKE Sponsor should reach out to ckecourts@gmail.com to request a CKE Sponsor form. The CKE Sponsor needs to fill out the sponsor form and confirm once done. Please note – CKE households may sponsor one Court Associate only.
- You will be contacted by the CKE Hall to pay the Court Access fees and submit the Courts waiver.
- You will then be contacted with the gate code.

Court Rules
- Pickleball players must use QUIET PADDLES ONLY.
- Keep the gate closed and DO NOT share the code.
- Court hours are 8:00am – 9:00pm.
- Use courts at own risk.
- 30 minutes playing time if others are waiting.
- Members may bring a maximum of 3 guests once a week.
- No food, glass containers, or alcohol.
- No smoking or cannabis.
- No pets.
- No bicycles, roller blades, or skateboards.
At this time we do not allow bookings or rentals of the Courts by residents or anyone else. The three exceptions are: the schools in the CKE neighbourhoods may rent the Courts, booking for group lessons, and booking for CKE Pickleball Drop-In program and related events.
