SUMMARY:CKE Community Garden Annual Movie Night
DESCRIPTION:Our 16th Annual Movie Night is almost upon us. This year\, we’ll be screening Wasted: The Story of Food Waste.   Through the eyes of chefs such as Anthony Bourdain\, this documentary aims to change the way people buy\, cook\, recycle and eat food.  While not exactly about gardening\, the topic of food waste relates directly to food security\, climate change\, and the value we place on good quality ingredients.\n\n\nPlease join us on Friday\, January 23. The movie will start at 7 pm. \n\nThere will be popcorn (of course) and some beverages\, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. If you have any leftover holiday baking we encourage you to bring it along!  We’d  love to see you there for a cozy evening with gardening and food loving community members.
