D.C. Fitness Solutions: L.A.D.Y. Boot Camp
Date and times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings, from 6:00am-7:00am at CKE hall
Class description: Looking for a kick-start? Join the ladies fitness classes at CKE for all abilities. We do everything from kickboxing to work on the stability ball, weights, mat work and cardio.
Debbie Cousens is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and an Older Adult Specialist. Seniors are welcome, depending on level of fitness.
Call in advance to register and for fees. Clients must be 14 years of age and older.

Mobile Fitness Coach Boot Camps
Date and times: Monday and Thursday mornings at 9:15 am at CKE hall
Class description: Come and join in the boot camp classes. Every class is different. We spend the spring and summer outside, and then use the CKE hall during the winter months. Each session we work on posture, core, squats and a few more squats. Ideal for those who ski and want to get fit. Why not try a class out?
Cost: $10 drop-in fee
